Safety & Terms
WrenchVu provides remote diagnostic guidance based on the information, photos, video, and observations available during your session. Because we cannot physically inspect your equipment, WrenchVu cannot guarantee that a diagnosis, recommended part, test, or repair will be complete or correct.
Your safety comes first. Outdoor power equipment can cause serious injury, fire, property damage, or death. Do not perform any test or repair beyond your tools, experience, physical ability, or comfort level.
Stop immediately if you encounter a fuel leak, unexpected machine movement, electrical hazard, excessive heat, abnormal engine noise, or another unsafe condition. WrenchVu may instruct you to stop and seek qualified in-person service.
You are responsible for following the equipment manufacturer’s safety instructions and providing accurate information about the machine and its symptoms.
The full WrenchVu Terms & Conditions are currently a counsel-review draft. This beta screen is testing the acceptance flow and is not the final production legal agreement.
Remote diagnosis has inherent limitations. Never bypass safety devices or continue a procedure that appears unsafe. WrenchVu may end or redirect a diagnostic session when in-person inspection is appropriate.
